Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement in the following conditions:

  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you.
  • If the product delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.

If your purchase meets the criteria as stated, Please raise a request through Email at dmessentialmart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

  1. Provide Order Number.
  2. Description Of the Issue.
  3. Kindly share at-least 3-4 images and unboxing/original product video.

 

Refund

Refunds will be processed & Credited within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Cash Refunds are not applicable.
