Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement in the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you.
- If the product delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing parts or accessories.
If your purchase meets the criteria as stated, Please raise a request through Email at dmessentialmart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Provide Order Number.
- Description Of the Issue.
- Kindly share at-least 3-4 images and unboxing/original product video.
Refund
Refunds will be processed & Credited within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Cash Refunds are not applicable.
